February 22, 2000 - Committee Meeting of the First e-Learning e-learning project to identify the MOE
 
21 April 2000 - Following meetings thrust Strategic Implementation Committee (STIC), National Information Technology Council Meeting (NITC) on July 17, 2000 have been notified of the results to the Ministry of Education to conduct eight pilot ICT projects.

March 1, 2001 - STIC meeting to inform the agency that requested the provision of tree PENUNJUKCARA APPLICATION GRANT SCHEME (DAGS-Demonstrator Application Grant Scheme), Ministry of Science Technology and Environment
 
March 12, 2001 - Meeting was held and chaired by the Deputy Director of Education (Technical Education Department) to determine the STIC program can be implemented under DAGS.
Curriculum Development Centre held a meeting to plan and mengkonsepsi meaning, role and operation of the grid.
The working group meeting was to discuss e-Learning Grid concept as the K-Learning Portal.
 
March 19, 2001 - A memo to the Minister of Education has been sent to notify to the Minister that the four projects, including the National Learning Grid will be implemented under the DAGS funding and has obtained the consent of the Minister on 6 April 2001.
